Wholesale Fishing Supply, Inc. sells exclusively to legitimate resellers. Our Dealer Program is intended only for merchants with a valid Business Tax ID number who stock our merchandise for resale. This protects our dealers from direct consumer competition.
To qualify for our Dealer Program, customers must: Provide a valid Resale Tax ID number; and Operate from a physical business location.
Our customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Mountain Time).
Payment Terms: All first-time customer orders must be prepaid by cash, check, or credit card prior to shipment. We gladly accept VISA and MASTERCARD. Please note that a 3% service fee applies to all credit card transactions. Open-term accounts (NET 30 EOM) are available to qualified dealers with approved credit. Credit may be extended only to customers demonstrating a consistent and reliable payment history. Normal processing time for new credit applications is approximately one week. Submission of a credit application does not guarantee approval.
NET 30 EOM Terms (Approved Accounts Only). For approved accounts, merchandise purchased during one month is due and payable by the end of the following month. The customer agrees: To remain responsible for payment of all amounts due. That accounts more than 60 days past due will be placed on cash-only terms. That accounts more than 120 days past due will be considered delinquent and may be referred to a collection agency. That interest will accrue on all past-due balances at a rate of 24% per annum (2% per month) until paid in full. That, if an account is referred to a third-party collection agency, the customer will be responsible for all applicable collection costs, including up to 40% of the principal balance in accordance with Utah Code Annotated §12-1-11, as well as any applicable court costs and reasonable attorney fees. These terms apply to all amounts incurred by the customer or by any individual or entity for whom the customer is legally responsible.
Freight Policy: For orders of $1,000 or more shipped within the continental United States, Wholesale Fishing Supply, Inc. will pay standard freight charges. Exceptions (customer pays freight): Cast iron cookware, Boat anchors, Downrigger weights, Oversized boat nets, Ammunition, One-piece rods or combos These exceptions will be clearly noted on the invoice.
Prices: Prices are effective as of the date of publication but are subject to change without notice. Wholesale Fishing Supply, Inc. is not responsible for typographical or photographic errors.
Returns: All returns must be authorized in advance by contacting our office at 1-800-992-6701. To qualify for return: Include a copy of the original invoice. Return items in their original, unmarked packaging. Unauthorized returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. No freight collect returns will be accepted. Credit adjustments will be issued only for: Company shipping or billing errors, or Damaged items, provided that notification is made within five (5) days of receipt.
Returned Checks A $30.00 service charge applies to all returned checks. Customers with returned checks will be placed on cash-only payment terms.

Warranty: Wholesale Fishing Supply, Inc. offers no warranties beyond those provided by the original manufacturer. Repair or replacement of defective merchandise is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.
Ordering: When placing orders, please reference Wholesale Fishing Supply, Inc. item numbers to ensure accurate and efficient processing. Wholesale Fishing Supply, Inc. reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
